Each player is permitted to hold only one 8jl8 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
8jl8 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. All games are independently audited for fairness. Player funds are held separately from operational funds in accordance with regulatory requirements.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8jl8 ("8jl8," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8jl8 online gaming platform available at https://8jl8.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. 8jl8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Notice: 8jl8 will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes.
To register and use the 8jl8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
8jl8 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the age and identity of all players. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents during the registration process or at any time upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Age Restriction: Gambling by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. 8jl8 will permanently close any account found to belong to an underage player and will forfeit any balance in that account in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 8jl8 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

8jl8 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
Account registration is subject to Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification requirements in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and applicable PAGCOR regulations. 8jl8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy its KYC obligations.
All financial transactions on the 8jl8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8jl8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 8jl8's discretion.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 8jl8 account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process. 8jl8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 8jl8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 8jl8 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
8jl8 holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your deposited balance is protected and will not be used for 8jl8's operational expenses.
8jl8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

All games available on the 8jl8 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by 8jl8 or any third party.
8jl8's games are independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable technical standards. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are available in the game information section of the Platform.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 8jl8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, 8jl8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. 8jl8's decision in such matters is final.
Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. 8jl8 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8jl8 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8jl8 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities to identify and investigate prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 8jl8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account, void all wagers and winnings associated with the prohibited conduct, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
8jl8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 8jl8 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 8jl8 customer support. Players seeking self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes should refer to Section 9 of these Terms and the 8jl8 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 8jl8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across all Platform products. All content on the 8jl8 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 8jl8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
8jl8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
Any unauthorized use of the Content may constitute an infringement of 8jl8's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8jl8's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8jl8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8jl8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 8jl8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8jl8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 8jl8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 8jl8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and 8jl8 in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall first be referred to 8jl8's customer support team for resolution. 8jl8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through 8jl8's internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. The parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 8jl8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
